An IBC tank (intermediate bulk container) is a high density polyethylene (HDPE) inner tank held in a galvanised steel cage on a pallet base, moved with a forklift or pallet truck. The top filling lid and bottom discharge valve make filling and emptying fast and controlled, and the stackable design saves space in the warehouse and the container. Types with plastic, wooden or metal pallet bases are supplied, with food grade options to suit the product carried.
