2. Personal data we process

• Identity: name, surname, job title.
• Contact: phone number, e-mail address, company name and address.
• Customer transactions: quote requests, products, sizes, quantities, shipment details and correspondence.
• Transaction security: IP address, browser and device details, date and time of visit.

3. Why we process it

• To receive and answer your quote, information and support requests;
• To carry out sales, shipment and after-sales processes;
• To manage contracts and our commercial activities;
• To handle finance, accounting and invoicing;
• To keep the website secure and improve our service;
• To meet our legal obligations and requests from the competent authorities.

4. Legal grounds

We process personal data on the grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: where it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract, necessary to comply with a legal obligation, necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right, or necessary for our legitimate interests without harming your fundamental rights and freedoms. Where none of these applies, we ask for your explicit consent.

5. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, personal data may be shared with our suppliers, logistics and courier companies, accounting and legal advisers, hosting and IT service providers and, on request, the competent public authorities.

The servers of WhatsApp, e-mail and web hosting services may be located outside Türkiye, so data you send through these channels may be transferred abroad in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.

Personal data is collected through the website, phone, WhatsApp, e-mail and physical or electronic documents, by automated and partly automated means.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed;
• request information about the processing;
• learn the purpose of the processing and whether the data is used accordingly;
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred;
• ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected;
• ask for it to be erased or destroyed under the conditions in Article 7 of the KVKK;
• ask for corrections, erasure or destruction to be notified to the third parties it was transferred to;
• object to an outcome against you that results solely from automated analysis;
• claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
